Core Initiative
Mental Health Project
Awareness sessions helping teenagers recognise emotional distress, understand depression, and reduce stigma.
Programme Overview
Mental Health Project
The Mental Health Project creates safe spaces for teenagers in disadvantaged communities to understand depression, anxiety, and emotional distress without shame. Sessions educate youth on recognizing early signs — such as mood swings, fatigue, withdrawal, and low self-worth — while providing guidance on when and where to seek trusted psychological support.
